Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests presence of two calculi in upper pole of left kidney.
It is most likely non obstructing in nature as hydronephrosis is not mentioned in report.
Since size of calculus is less than 5.0 mm,you may initially need conservative treatment.
Definitive treatment depend upon composition of calculus which can be estimated by urine analysis.
Empirically you may need calculus dissolving syrup like Potassium and magnesium citrate, etc.
If findings and symptoms persists then you may need lithotripsy etc.

You should drink lot of water.Calculus is expected to be flushed out of the body with hydration and syrup.
You should consult nephrologist.

Get well soon.
Take Care
